Unio Moscatel Vinegar - one of our favorite wine vinegars for vinaigrettes. This Spanish vinegar retains the honey apricot flavor of moscatel wine. Since the Moscatel Vinegar is made using a traditional slow method of acetification, the results are rich overtones of stonefruit, nectar, blossoms and honey.   Mix with equal parts Walnut Oil for the most amazing salad dressing ever.
