Our Tuscan Dipping Oil is a multipurpose favorite! Fragrant garlic, red pepper and basil blend smoothly with Italian Balsamic vinegar to turn ordinary cooking into the main event. Try using the Tuscan Dipping oil instead of a salad dressing or as a marinate for shrimp or salmon.
Although our staff's favorite way of enjoying the Tuscan Dipping Oil is to serve with warm bread and a bowl of olives.

I am using this on everything, veggies, potatoes, salad and not yet as a dipping oil. I am sure it will be terrific in that capacity too. Just be sure to shake it very, very well. For my liking I would have preferred less or no balsamic in the bottle. I use the aged balsamic separate from the oil. I did not pay attention to the description.
