Truffle perlage The “Perlage di tartufo” (Truffle Perlage) is a new product of Tartuflanghe. It is made with truffle juice (obtained directly from the cooking of the Black Winter Truffle - Tuber Melanosporum) that is transformed into small pearls. It looks exactly like Caviar, but it taste like truffle.  We love to place a small scoop of the Perlage di Tartufo on top of risotto or folded into a simple pasta with olive oil.

Perlage di Tartufo is a perishable item.  Please select 2nd day air or overnight air for delivery options.  We cannot assume resonsibility for the quality of the product if ground shipping is selected and cannot offer refunds if the product arrives in poor condition if ground shipping is selected.
