Robert Rothschild Sweet Pepper and Fennel Sauce is a brightly flavored sauce made with sweet bell pepper, tomato and fire roasted eggplant with an anise note from fennel. 

The full, rich flavors are rounded out with basil and garlic.

We find it delicious over grilled meats, tossed with pasta or added to stock and beans for a a quick vegetarian soup.
