Robert Rothschild Korean Barbecue Sauce & Marinade
Robert Rothschild Korean Barbecue Sauce & Marinade is a blend of soy sauce and sesame marked with strong notes of black pepper and garlic. Great for marinating a hanger steak, flank steak or brushing over ribs.
Suggested Uses:
Baste paper thin, skewered beef for a traditional Korean Barbecue.
Marinate a hanger or flank steak.
This boldly flavored sauce is also great as a dipper for pot stickers or spring rolls.
Ingredients: Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Apples, Water, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Cornstarch, Soy Lecithin (as an emulsifier), Citric Acid, Monocalcium Phosphate Monohydrate (leavening agent), Black Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper, Ascorbic Acid.
