These Flower Confits are from Grasse, France which is where all the flowers are grown for world class perfumes made in France.  These are extremely rare and special.  For over the last 150 years, the same family with only six employees make these special floral confits in very small batches each year.  Use these to flavor ice creams, in champagne or wine or drizzled over yogurt or soft cheeses.
