Olives in Lemon

These olives in Lemon are from the region of Abruzzo,Italy. The mountain air and water allow these to mature into tender and tasty green olives. After you open a jar, you’ll find yourself returning to it again and again! We love to use the oil from the jar (you weren't throwing it away were you?) as a base for a tepanade.  We also love to use the oil and crushed olives over a grilled piece of salmon.  Heaven!
