I Peccai di Ciacco Mint Flower Honey is a rare mint flower honey and only available seasonally. Harvested from the Roero hills it is made from bees that forage during the short mint flowering season. Delicately balsamic with a sweet-sour flavor that works well on sweet and savory dishes.   We love to serve this Mint Flower Honey with triple cream cheeses or spread on a rack of lamb before roasting.  9 oz jar.
