Italian Harvest  Black Truffle Sauce is ready to serve over pasta or use as a condiment or in salad dressings to add that earthy, rich truffle flavor so loved by Italians.  A sauce made of mushrooms, truffles, olive oil, salt and spices.   If you are a truffle lover, but don't want to pay a lot, this Black Truffle sauce will make you very happy indeed!

We love to take this Black Truffle Sauce and smear it under the skin of a chicken (no, you don't need the whole jar) and roast the chicken.  Our friend also uses this as a weeknight dinner by getting cheese ravioli from the regular grocery store and putting 2 Tablespoons into a dish with additional olive oil.  Toss the hot ravioli into the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Voila!
