Chef Mike Chiarello of Food Network's "Napa Style" is a huge fan of Grey Sea Salt, Sel Gris.  This is a moist, larger grained salt perfect for all types of cooking.  Delicious on tomatoes or on any vegetable.  Sprinkled over a steak, this will take your barbeque to new levels. This Gray Salt is harvested in the salt marshes of Ile de Noirmoutier.  We love to toss these grains of gray salt on tomatoes in the summer.  When you bite into the salt it explodes into a briney flavor like no other salt can.
