These Flower Confits and Syrups are from Grasse, France which is where all the flowers are grown for world class perfumes made in France.  These are extremely rare and special.  For over the last 150 years, the same family with only six employees make these special floral syrups and confits in very small batches each year.  Flower Syrups can be used to flavor ice creams, in champagne or wine or drizzled over yogurt or soft cheeses.

We liked this added to sugar cookies.  Using the Lilac Confit in the frosting added a wonderful floral depth to the cookies.  Perfect for someone special.
