Some of the best Basil Pesto we have used to date.  Pure, simple ingredients in this Basil Pesto are basil, garlic, parmesan and romano cheese.  Perfect for tossing in hot or cold pasta dishes.  We like to fold Elki's Basil Pesto into our risotto and add some fresh shrimp for a Mediterranean-inspired quick dinner idea.  We also found this Basil Pesto perfect spread over a leg of lamb.
