Elki's Artichoke Lemon Pesto is a Mediterranean-inspired blend of artichokes, lemon juice, garlic and asiago cheese.  Use this Artichoke Lemon Pesto on a toasted baguette, crackers, toss with hot or cold pasta, spread on fish or chicken before baking.  A staff favorite is to use the Artichoke Lemon Pesto as a bread dipper, in mashed potatoes or in an omelet.
