We’ve been carrying Fallot mustards for years, but a new flavor (to us at least) peaked our interest - Walnut Dijon. Edmund Fallot won a Silver SOFI at the 2010 Fancy Food Show in NYC. My favorite is to make the most amazing walnut vinaigrette. Using Walnut Champagne Vinegar, Fallot Walnut Dijon and Walnut oil, you have the most amazing vinaigrette around. The Walnut flavor is so pronounced in this dijon mustard and gives it the perfect bite to use on ham or even a slice of cheddar cheese. You had better buy 2 jars, you'll go though the first one so quickly.
