Chocolate Extract

Chocolate Extract is the main ingredient in home made Kaluha.  We like to use Chocolate Extract in tart crusts or added to chocolate custard to make it double "chocolatey".   This Chocolate Extract works well when you want a chocolate flavor without the added fats of using real chocolate or when using real chocolate is not practical. Our Chocolate Extract comes in a 4 oz. glass bottle.
